As per the Ministry of commerce and Industry Law, which stipulates the consumer’s right to replace and recover the commodity:

        The Customer has the right to replace or return the devices within 14 days of purchase invoice and item should be in its original conditions.

  The Customer has the right to replace or return the perfumes & scents within 1 day of purchase invoice and item should be in its original conditions.
